Recently refurbished by Andy & Debbie, The Villa offers truly luxurious spacious accommodation which caters for your every need. When refurbishing the house, we have tried to mix the old style French Farmhouse feel with the new Shabby Chic contemporary feel.
Comfortably sleeping 8 people in the 4 double bedrooms (3 bedrooms have king size beds, with the 4th bedroom providing twin single beds). We can cater for larger parties of 9/10 by using the foldaway beds on the Mezzanine (additional charges apply for the 9/10 guest at £150 per person extra per week).
A cot & high chair can be provided upon request.
The accommodation consists:-
Ground Floor – Lounge, Dining Area, Kitchen, Utility Room/Laundry Room, Cloak Room, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 and Family Bathroom
1st Floor – Bedroom 3, Bedroom 4 (twin Room), Shower Room, Separate Toilet and Mezzanine
Basement – Games Room
To ensure your stay at Wills Lake France is full of fun we have provided the following at the Villa to cater for all the family:-
- Satelite TV, WiFi Stereo, DVD Player with DVDs, Playstation 2 with Games, Xbox 360 with Games and both Family & Adult Board Games
- Table Tennis, Snooker/Pool Table, Dartboard, Table Football, Air Hockey and Small Bar (drinks not included)
We are sure outside is where you will spend most of your time, this is where you will find:-
2 patio areas at the Villa with furniture for you to relax. The patio to the kitchen area is great for morning coffee, just as the sun is coming up (or for shade when it is too hot during the day). This is the perfect place to watch the local wildlife wandering around the grounds. We have the pleasure of seeing the local deer family on a regular basis, enjoying their morning stroll and listening to our family woodpecker and local bird life.
The patio leading from the dining area is great for the rest of the day, you can watch the children running around the acres of land, playing on the swing/slide and making good use of no neighbours. We also provide a pop up badminton court, football nets and outdoor archery for the young ones and much more. Here you will also find the Charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining table so that you can dine Al-Fresco.

The outdoor, above ground swimming pool is for use between May and September (although, may be available in April and October, dependent on the weather).
NOTE – The pool forms no actual part of the villa rental agreement, although it will be there for your use subject to repairs and maintenance.
